Ummmmm something is broken in Imakefile in xc/programs/Xserver directory,
under cygwinArchitecture.
I will tonight will mail you a quick and dirty fix, but I had to investigate
what is going on.
One quick and dirty way you can generate a Makefile, copy make file from vfb
directory to xwin directory
then use the commands I sent before to denerate a new Makefile with correct
dependencies.
